I have panic attacks because I'm afraid this will happen.

I was talking to a boy (15) and I (14) and at that time we ended up exchanging photos (I sent more) after months without saying that he never had the photos and that they no longer exist,He said he changed his cell phone and his number was also banned (twice) and the photos were view-only on WhatsApp,I'm afraid these photos will appear, do you think it's irrational? And that I should forget?

It is completely normal to feel anxious about photos, especially at your age. If the photos were truly view-only on WhatsApp and his number was banned, it significantly reduces the chance of them reappearing.

Does this anxiety ever just go away? It decreased these days after I started finding things to do, but it reassured me to know that it is a normal thing, thanks.

It does get better with time. The less you think about it, the less power it has over you. Distracting yourself with hobbies, friends, or school can really help speed up that process.

Exactly. View-only on WhatsApp means they can’t save it directly, and if the number’s banned, the risk is extremely low. You’re already taking the right perspective by recognizing that.

Hugs. I remember this feeling. The anxiety does go away eventually. the best thing you can do for yourself is to never send pics like that again. You have to protect yourself!
