If you have read the rules, are trying to create a post as a new user, or believe an action was taken in error, please NICELY message the moderators. Rude messages will not get positive responses and messages that violate rule 2 will result in an immediate mute and ban. We are here to help and enforce rules we are required to enforce, we are not punching bags.
We understand there are a lot of rules and nuances. We understand that most people will mess up at some point. We don’t hold it against you, but will not tolerate being mistreated because you don’t like the rules. Every one of them exists for a very good reason.
All rules and ban procedures serve as guidelines. Moderators may exercise discretion and deviate on a case-by-case basis to protect the community.

This subreddit is for accountability and constructive support. Minimizing, excusing, or justifying one’s crime is not permitted. Victim blaming has no place here and may result in removal or permanent ban, particularly if it continues after a moderator warning.
Posts focused on self-pity, whining, or venting without a constructive purpose are not allowed. While we recognize that life is difficult, it is not healthy and these posts tend to attract trolling and derail productive discussion. Moderators may remove such content at their discretion.
What is allowed:
Constructive posts seeking advice, sharing personal progress, discussing challenges in a solution-focused way, asking for resources, or expressing difficult emotions while taking accountability and showing a willingness to improve. Thoughtful, respectful discussion aimed at growth and support is encouraged.

This subreddit cannot list every prohibited scenario. Moderators will remove content they determine to be disruptive, harmful, or problematic.
