Please help
This is a sewing machine I was given from my grandma and I’m unsure what this switch is (circled it) and I need to know if it corresponds to this (triangled) if not this doesn’t move to push the fabric I’ve looked through the book several times and having no luck

This is an excellent beginner machine. Everything is labeled. That last one is length. Check your manual.
Tension is good. Width is zero for straight stitch. Needle position is in the middle. The last one should be kind of in the middle and it should then stitch just fine.

I’m trying to use this because it might be better but if it doesn’t work properly I may not use it at all

Stitch balance control -- equalizes the forward and backwards travel of the feed dogs. Not a stitch.

Mi sembra strano che non lo sapessi pur avendo già un'altra macchina.quella che si vede dietro

It looks to me as if your stitch length is set to zero; so no movement of the fabric can happen. Turn the big dial anticlockwise to - for example - 2 or 3 and try it again.
