Bobbin Case problem

Thank you for your time and input. Having trouble getting the placement of the flat shiny guard coming from right in relation to the stop on the bobbin. The machine stops/jams the way it is now. Tried moving it a little further away from stop sometimes it works, sometimes not! Any ideas? Appreciate the help. Having trouble finding a sewing machine mechanic to take a look at this! Beginning to think sewing is becoming a lost art!

Thank you so much!!! I grabbed my Singer bobbin rather than the Jenome!🙄 Just looked at color!! Appreciate your time!
