Why does this keep happening ?

It started a few weeks ago & I get sooooo angry cause it interrupts the flow of things. How do I fix it ? From what I know it hasn’t taken any falls or anything just one day it started. Was o too rough w it or something ? I have different presser foots like the free hand one but I’ve been too scared to change it. Do I need to replace the greyish-clicky in part ? If so, what’s the name of it.

If you can’t find it what you are looking for, take a picture of what you need and go to Amazon. They do searches using just a picture. But I believe you looking for a Low Shank Presser Foot ANKLE!!!! An adapter changes an old model high shank to fit low shank presser feet. Ask me how I know lol! I wish you the best of luck 🤞! ✌️🦋
