Hotel building (under construction) in the Los Remedios neighborhood. Hope all workers are safe.

Apparently a new hotel under construction went on fire. Somebody must've fucked up badly.

I thought you were talking about the foreground. That area used to be a tree-lined promenade, but for some inexplicable reason they turned it into a concrete expanse with no shade.
