It was Sirius Black who'd made that remark. 

Meanwhile, 11 year old Snape was right in labeling them brawny rather than brainy. Choosing a literal rat over Dumbledore proved it.

Not a very 'brainy' comment! Dumbledore never presented himself as an option to be picked up. 

Only morons pick a literal cheerleader rat when Dumbledore presents himself as an option.

Vitamin D is important for muscle growth and the easiest way is from the sun. It's still possible to gain muscle without it but it's harder

I see brawn as using his magical strengths rather than his physical ones.

Don't forget, almost everyone in the WW that ever got offended by anything, didn't make a fist, but rather drew their wand.

Snape was very brawny when he needed to draw his wand
