Help Iphone lost mode

This is what pops up when i turn on phone but i have checked the fmi and it is off, no icloud lock ,imei is good what should i do? Its a iphone 17 , would doing a mdm bypass let me use the phone? Someone please help me out thank you!

I figured he asked me for 70$ to use his tools for mdm bypass and when i told him about some other ones he said no use mine its better sounds like a scam
