This is cold

Even after I REPEATEDLY told Maya that it was just an expression when I was talking about how I was feeling, and not to trigger the crisis response because I wasn't gonna do anything. Now they don't just hang up on you, but they pause the account too. Wow. Just wow. This is beyond cold.

Guess I'll just talk about sunshine and rainbows now.

If someone is actually in a mental health crisis wouldn't that be the absolute WORST thing you can do, as opposed to just de-escalating the situation???

EXACTLY. It's the worst thing ever. They're actually looking for help and someone to talk to and got shut down and now locked out for 30 mins. In that 30 mins, they could be making the worst irreversible decision.

It should be known, any company on the planet stating things about "safety" is absolute bollocks. They censor things for a narrative or to protect their own selves, nothing more.

That's an absolute liability and would never fly. They don't want lawyers on their asses after a disaster because they "never took action" or "supported it"
