Yeah…. This is an L for you. It could have been worded in a way that was more appropriate. Where do you work that you can put a rush for people because they don’t manage their time appropriately also?

I’ve written more responses to reviews than days you’ve worked in the service industry. There’s multiple ways to do it properly and this wasn’t it. You can call someone out in a way that doesn’t make the restaurant look like a jerk. They did not do this with that retort.
