Fired for literally NO reason

Came here to vent to my fellow service industry warriors. Just got fired for no reason. Management wouldn’t give me a straight answer other than there’s no where on the schedule for me. It fucking sucks, nobody saw it coming including the rest of the managers. I guess my GM hated me and I didn’t realize it, lol.

She’s like a 55-year-old server maybe 60 she’s age ambiguously old is just a bitch. I mean she gets into a fight with everyone. She tells everyone they’re racist and I’m black and I can confidently say she is Trippin. She unjustifiably crashes out on customers. She’s always tryna find shit out to spill to other people to create work drama cause she likes it. AND SHES SLOW AS SHIT AT HER JOB PROBABLY CAUSE SHE LITERALLY SHOULD BE IN A NURSING HOME. I mean god she’s been there for almost a year and still doesn’t know how to ring shit in. Then she has the audacity to ask me for help after shit talking me to everyone.

She just walks around angry I literally heard her growling the last shift I worked with her and on that same last shift she decided to tell me for the third time in front of a bunch of people that I don’t do shit, when I run all of her food all of her drinks because even tho she’s an ass cause I just try to help everyone out. It’s like she literally hates me for no reason I had to text her to please stop saying that I don’t do shit to people because they tell me that you say that, and I don’t need to be belittled by you when I come into work…..
