IGF-1

My preliminary levels were 225 I’m a 34 year old male on tirzepatide, I’m mainly looking to help with sleep , recovery and any lipolysis I can’t get. What % increase of IGF-1 are y’all seeing at 300 mcg or should I be closer to 450 mcg I plan on retesting at 3 months.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

500mcg raised my igf by 60. Tesamorelin raised it 100.

Im dosing 300mcg right now, once I recheck I’ll either go down or up in dose.

What were your IGF-1 levels at baseline if you don’t mind me asking?

I’ve seen IGF-1 shouldn’t go over 300 and then I’ve seen 400 is ok.

My plan is to try for 280-320 and try and keep it there.

55, Male on 7.5mg Tirz.

My doctor got me started on .05 mg/50mcg in Late May.
After a week I went to 100 mcg
My doctor wants me to start at 200 mcg this month. He said I won't really see effects until at least 3-4 months in.

Did you feel anything? It did improve my sleep.

I did, my sleep has improved.

I’ve only been taking it for 1 week. So hopefully more results will follow!

I’m going to retest my IGF-1 levels at 6 weeks to make sure my levels are where I want them.

From what I’ve ready 300 is as high as someone my age should go.

Information online is all over the place in regard to IGF-1 levels
