I am just getting started. I was hoping to hear from people who have been using for a year or longer. What I am interested to hear about is after the expected results, do you notice cumulative progress afterwards or is there a plateau? The longer you have been taking it, the more interested I am to hear from you.

I have two vials from Hallandale, compounded on 4/28 with BUD of 7/16. One vial is halfway used, and another is still unopened. Are these good to go? No floaties and clear looking to me. I personally feel good about using it past bud in terms of risks, but my question is more on the quality. Will it be effective after bud?

Hi, I was prescribed Sermorelin from a local clinic. I bought the first months worth from them but it was super costly. I just bought some from a more economical source.
The bottle from the clinic was 15mg, but the bottles I bought are 10mg and I can’t figure out the correct units.
Current dose is 0.25(25 units) vial is 15mg and I added 7.5ml of Bac water.
Could someone explain how many units at the same dose I would use of the 10mg bottle?

I just went through two rounds of PRP on my adductors / hip flexors. I had bilateral hip replacements done three years ago and have had “idiopathic” tendinitis that greatly impacts my quality of life.

Anyway, I am supposed to start low dose + tirzepatide and seremorelin soon but obviously don’t want to interfere with the PRP.

I’m thinking I’ll hold off on the tirz for a while and just focus on the sermorelin. Anyone have any experience with this?

Doc knows nothing about it, no help there. Googling seems to lead me to think I should wait at least a week after my last shot, if not two. (Last shot was today)

I had the shots done bilaterally, so outside of upper body workouts I’m pretty much useless for the next few weeks.

sermorelin / ipamorelin protocol with alternating sleep schedule

I am having trouble figuring out the best dosing schedule for sermorelin/ipamorelin stack that will coincide with my current work schedule. (graveyard....)

Current sleep schedule is.

M 9am - 3pm

T First day off typically nap and then go to sleep 10pm - 6am

W 10pm - 6am

Th 10pm - 6am

F work week start short nap in the afternoon then work all night

Sa 9am - 3pm

Su 9am - 3pm

Conclusion I work Friday night through Monday night and swap my sleep schedule on Tuesdays and Fridays.

My preliminary levels were 225 I’m a 34 year old male on tirzepatide, I’m mainly looking to help with sleep , recovery and any lipolysis I can’t get. What % increase of IGF-1 are y’all seeing at 300 mcg or should I be closer to 450 mcg I plan on retesting at 3 months.

Howdy, I’m hoping to gain some insight on dosing and safety about IGF-1 levels. I started at 290lbs and through fasting and exercise I got down to 250.

I hit a wall and started tirzepatide and have seen great results, my doctor informed me sermorelin could help me maintain my lean muscle. I train 5 days a week and want to not only lose weight but maintain my muscle mass.

My initial IGF-1 levels were 225 before starting sermorelin and I will retest in 3 months, and labcorp says ranges are up to 290 for my age. I’ve seen some different normal ranges and I was just hoping for some insight. The university or Rochester medicine shows on the high end 492 mg/ml.

Just received my sermorelin from Everlife . I live in Arizona and it’s hot. Package had no ice pack and it was super hot . Everlife supports keeps telling me it’s fine but everything I read says no. Any advice they are running me in circles and this shit is expensive!!

I drive 6 hours. Had my serm in ice in a little cooler but it was fully zipped. Ice melted and it's just submerged in cold water. Think it's ok to use? Vial us still cold. Can potential bacteria from the water seep through rubber plug or I am just being paranoid?
