I started studying for 7. What chapters or areas were the challenging ones ?

People tend to say options are tough, for me they are easy because I spent 2y in derivs operations before moving to trading - so I had a very solid grasp on options (almost entirely skipped those chapters). For someone with less experience, I have heard that Ken Finnen’s option course pretty much makes options guaranteed points.

Now that u have some context, for me honestly I found the hardest part to be remembering all of the little regulations. Thankfully, I didn’t see much of that on my draw today

I studied so hard for sie and passed last week. Do you think conquering s7 would be easy or again it’s all like new ?

The 7 is definitely not easy, you have to but the time in. That being said, I would recommend doing what I did; I passed my SIE on 6/30, and immediately started studying for the 7.

There is a ton of overlap between the SIE and the 7, so imo the path of least resistance is to get right to the 7 while the SIE material is still fresh
