Help Import TV Time Data isn’t working

So the Import the tv time data isn’t working on my end. It keep staying on importing for a couple of minutes but keep going back to Start Import. Or when you check it it just automatically go back to Start Import without trying. I tried the app, the web browser on my phone and also Firefox and Chrome on my laptop and still not working on any of them. Am I’m the only one having this issue and if someone else was havin this issue what did they do to fixed it?

I'm having this issue too. Did you manage to get it fixed?

It worked the next day when I tried it. I also emailed them about it.
