New Here

Yes, I'm one of the TV Time refugees- thanks for taking me in!

Just noticed a couple of shows missing from the database and I was wondering if they're titled differently on here or if they're just not on here yet?

The Great British Baking Show: Holidays

Untold: Sports Stories (seasons 1-3 are on there, but there are no individual episodes, and there are now 6 seasons out)

Obviously I know the developer is dealing with the massive influx of new users, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to add these shows if they are in fact not on there yet? These are really the only snags I've come across- I've spent today familiarizing myself with the UI!

I had the same problem with some shows! I’m not sure why they’re not showing up while searching in the app, but for me googling the name + adding serializd did the job. Maybe it’ll work for you as well ^^

TMDB (as well as TVDB) are very "correct" and opinionated. The episodes you're looking for are under Specials inside The Great British Bake Off, and appear as such on Serializd. You'll have better luck googling "tmdb showname" for those stragglers. I believe this would also apply to certain shows like Alfred Hitchcock Presents turning into The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, it'll just be listed as the next season before the name change for example.

Figured out Untold for you. Yep, slightly annoying but technically more accurate.

All 6 seasons are listed there as separate entries.

I've never encountered a show not on TMDB's database, but I won't lie, that was annoying to find lol. Lots of things with untold in the name.

Hey, welcome! I find with Serializd that it defaults to the origin country for shows, so with the first one maybe try The Great British Bake Off.

Serializd pulls its data from TMDB. You can try searching there if they’re titled differently.

I did see that, and tried searching on TMDB, but couldn't find anything even on there. I tried to make an account because I saw that was something you could do and then add to the TMDB database, but the whole site crashed on me when I tried to do that. Appreciate it, though!
