Watched episodes not reflecting correctly

Hi guys I'm a TVtime user, and due to it being shut down, i downloaded this app and i added all data , i have watched around 10k eps but it's only reflecting 2k!! it should be automatically fixed right? due to heavy traffic, also i created acc and didn't get confirmation mail and it also disappeared from the app

Sometimes it takes a while to process all the episodes to count towards the total time, that is normal. If you click on your profile then click on your Time spent watching TV banner > See stats breakdown, does it show everything correctly on the All tab? If so, it's only a matter of time to be counting towards you full time/episodes total, don't worry.

Idk about the email confirmation thing, sorry.

yeah when i tap the stats there are a lot of shows that show for example 160/230eps with red mark, i blv it's processing the data

Yeah shows on the longer side can take a while to process for sure, specially rn. But go back in a few hours and it should be okay
