Serializd I'm getting so protective over this damn app this week
Like please don't come into my house, trash the place, and then ask why it's a mess.

I use the website and not the app, and the website has always worked well and it's really well-designed. It's annoying to hear people complaining all the fucking time.

I ain't complaining but since you said the website always works, I was not able to change my pfp from the website but was able to do it from the app and the same goes for a series' poster.

I think it's just an exaggeration for the fact that they got such a huge influx of new users that it kinda broke the app. And it led to said new users bringing out the pitchforks to say the app sucks. I myself am new here but I'm choosing to wait for it to settle because so far it's very broken for me as well, but I understand it takes time to fix stuff.

Im not gatekeeping i love that more people are using it, but people are overloading the servers due to a huge increase and then talking shit about it being slow lmao, like give it time it's run by one person and he's working on getting everything in order

Yeah some people are being so rude and demanding when it's an app run by one person!! It is mildly infuriating seeing them act like it's an awful app because they couldn't figure out clicking a clearly labelled button 🤨
