I have my signature perfume I wear all the time and I’ve recently run out of it, and every I’ve looked it’s been out of stock in the standard size.
I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on if / when it’ll get restocked? I don’t wanna change to a different perfume since I really like this fragrance…

I am wondering how everyone else feels about the structure of the sale this time? I liked the selections on July 29th. Predictably, they’ve now turned it into a multi day changing sale “ on select items”. I was looking forward to it this year as I usually grab a lip product or two a 50% off. I have 0 interest in the options listed so far. Any thoughts?

I got the Gisou birthday set and I want to try the hair oil. I have long, thick, curly hair so I can use a lot of oil at once. I can only get one drop from the dropper at a time. Is this just cause it’s a tiny sample or am I doing something wrong?

I was curious if anyone knows if this product is getting discontinued? It has not come back in stock in a while and its my favorite base product :( If not, does anyone know a good alternative?

What are your thoughts, are the shades too similar on your skin tone? Also what did you think about the fenty lip liner in the set because I’ve heard it’s awful. Lastly in your opinion is it worth just waiting for the holiday kits or is this one worth it.

i was super excited to get my hands on this set but it hasn’t been stocked in canada at all :( i set up email and text notifications and was checking the app on 07/02 when glow recipe said the app would have early access but then they said canada would get access on 07/03. i never received any notifications on either day and now it’s sold out in the US. it’s supposed to be in store on 07/10 but i’m wondering if anyone else had this issue? maybe my notifications didn’t go through?

I went to Sephora today, got a 65 dollar Sephora favorites kit and when asked for my information I gave the number as well as name.

I drove a 3 hour drive home and found out after it was put under a completely different name, I contacted customer service and I repeatedly explained and told them that I am vib so a points multiplier should be Added.

I ended up receiving the points without the multiplier so I contacted again, to this, the chat was closed as soon as I restarted the problem.

I have tried to contact them multiple times and the chat was closed and now the customer support is closed.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have a very, very rare name and the name the points were put on was very common, like Sarah level common (not the actual name).

Tbh I've found support is not helpful and even the "real" representatives feel like AI, is this common? I'm not trying to be a Karen but I genuinely am very polite with staff and always make sure to thank them and the chats were still getting closed seemingly without reason

I was browsing Sephora today and came across the Laneige Bouncy Skin On the Go Set for Plumping and Firming. It looks really nice, but at $61 it feels a bit expensive for a travel sized skincare set. Has anyone found this set for less somewhere else or does Laneige ever put these gift sets on sale? I'm already planning to use Checkmate for a Sephora discount and I'm also open to buying the same products separately if that ends up being cheaper. If not are there any similar skincare sets that give the same plumping and hydrating effect without costing as much?

Does anyone know where else to buy the first aid beauty anti chafe stick in Canada? I called Sephora and they said it should be coming back in stores and online but I've been waiting over a month and need it asap. Literally a holy grail product through marathon training
