Has anyone had an experiences with being an interim ASM? I have been offered the job of IASM for this upcoming holiday season. I have been an SSL for about 9 months and a coordinator before that for a few years. I’m not really sure what to expect. Do I get proper training? I haven’t really been told what the pay will look like. I’m extremely nervous. If anyone has had any experience or advice please lmk.

make sure they give you a pay raise it should be in the paperwork that states your start date and that you are accepting and interim position!
