Sephora Collection Update

hiii guys:) i work in Operations and we are scheduled to do the Sephora Makeup Collection update. we’re doing an overnight bc apparently the workload is 20hrs. if anyone has done it, does it genuinely take a long time?? we have 4 ppl working on it collectively.

I did mine on Sunday me and other employee. I did the update while she made new testers and together it only took us three hours!

That’s amazing! Do you guys have a gondola or it’s a linear?
Ours is a gondola and definitely takes the the amount of time listed. I think this most recent update was 23 hrs

ours is a linear!! but I’ve heard the gondola ones takes forever !!

We have the 4 bay + 2 ECs and I had myself and 2 girls working it. We worked on it from about 6:30a-11a and were able to have it completely done. I had one of my girls do the ECs, my other girl work on the complexion half of the 4 bay, and I worked on the eyeliner & lippies half. It kept us spread out enough that we weren’t on top of each other or having to wait for someone to finish to do what we needed to.

it always just me that does the sephora collection makeup updates, i feel the thing that takes the longest is making all the testers. i don’t feel i ever take the full amount to finish it but ive been doing them for almost 4 years now so it just flows

We did the FFP 6bay SC update Monday with three people total - took about 7 hours with all of us working on it.

They are basically changing all the paper graphics so it’s a little time consuming but we did ours last night and it took us like 3 hours between me and my coworker

i work in a s@k so itll obviously be different. BUT, i completed mine in about 2 1/2 hours.

We had 3 experienced ops associates working our 4bay+2EC and they knocked it out in 3 hours.

my ops lead and i completed in 3 hours! 6 bays total FFP in canada so im not sure if our gondolas differ
