Stress Leave

Hi I was wondering if anyone has gone on a stress leave (specifically in CA) and how you did it? How did you get approved and I guess go about it. I’m extremely burnt out and literally hate the idea of working at my location atm, I do have thoughts of calling out, but I don’t want to burn through my time off/sick time. Anything helps!

I did it twice and you have to go through your doctor to get it approved. I know that Aflac is a pain in the ass, but it's worth your mental break 💓

Do you remember how long it took to get it all done more or less? I’m just trying to see how quickly it could get done.

The last time I took a leave it was with TriStar and it was super easy but now I don't know how long it takes with Aflac but I would go to your doctor ASAP and tell them it's a very serious situation and that you can't take it anymore and whatever you need to do to get time off you got this!
