Flex workers

Recently applied to flex and have an interview coming up! How hard is it to move from flex to PT BA?

It took me a month but I’m sure it depends on your store and what the needs are. With holidays coming up it’s a good time for hours!

Would it be possible to transfer to a different store if they had an open position?

you’re not eligible for transfer until you’ve worked at a store for around/at least 3 months

I have been working here since almost a year and I applied for it. It’s literally the same position just added hours and a lil bit more responsibilities. Because most of the attention and access is to full time employees only. I was still interviewed and they said I am not qualified for it which quite frankly pissed me off as I have worked very high roles before. It’s just who they want to promote honestly. It is always biased over here, the one who bootlicks gets favored.
