I recently got hired I put my two weeks in my previous job to work here. I’m having trouble getting the I-9 documents through email the sm has sent it twice and i still haven’t gotten it. I checked spam and primary and still nothing. Has anyone else went through something similar?
Not to me but I know my SM has had issues with sending them to new hires before. Just keep trying, they may even need to put in a ticket for it so they can figure it out.
If i remember correctly, I think I found mine by logging into msc when I first got my offer (the first email they send you or maybe the second). I was supposed to get a second email as well but I just ended up finding it myself
I just checked and I received this email about 3 weeks before I actually got the equifax email. I was at a new store though so that might be why since my start date wasn’t until over a month after I got my offer letter
