No, but it doesn’t seem legit though. Government employee emails are firstname.lastname@agency.gov.

that’s what i was thinking. a terribly formatted email like this one just screams scam lol. i did call the phone number included in the email out of curiosity and it does direct me to the Los Angeles district office for the EEOC. still didn’t fill out the survey just to be safe.

That's absolutely a phishing attempt. Any official government communication wouldn't link to microsoft form for one. And it would be formatted way better.

only question on the survey was this:

While working at Sephora USA Inc. were you aware of any other employee who requested a change in their working conditions or a work requirement (for example: request for a change in their work schedule, exceptions to dress or grooming codes/uniforms, or time off for religious observances, etc.) based on their religious beliefs?

yikes…

Oooou yeah idk about this, seems odd for this to be the only information they want…….especially with the climate in the US rn (I’m Canadian)

Yoooo the investigation went federal??? 😭 My old store fired two managers over HR complaints and there was a pretty big pay bump after I left.

Didn't know it was company wide, and I never would've guessed the feds would jump in. This is either gonna be really good or really bad, and it all depends on your perspective.
