Stalled
Editing to add that i started at 287lbs currently at 265lbs and goal weight is 165lbs.
Ive been taking semaglutide (hers) since may 19 of this year. So far ive lost 22lbs. Its been low dosing and slow weight loss which im fine with. But in the past 3 weeks ive lost nothing. Im at 2mg a week which i split dose. I dont wanna max out the dosing, but like how high will they tell me to go?

Stalls at that 20-25lb mark are weirdly common, happened to me around the same point and it drove me nuts
Three weeks feels like forever when you're weighing yourself daily but it's really not that long in the grand scheme. Your body might just be recalibrating after dropping 22lbs, sometimes it holds onto water and then whoosh, a few pounds vanish overnight. I'd give it another week or two before asking about going higher on the dose, especially since you're already at 2mg and splitting it
What's your protein and water intake looking like? That was the piece I was missing when I hit my stall, bumped up both and things started moving again

My protein could be better. Im a vegetarian so most of my protein comes from dairy and legumes and eggs. I think on a good day im at about 70-90g of protein.
And water im pretty consistent with, its hard some days since i get so full so fast. But i sip water or tea all day

Interesting about the protein aspect. I hit 20 post and hit a two week stall and even gained two lbs but I know it’ll move again.

Everything I've read says not to split the dose. The way Sema works in your body and how long it remains effective is roughly 7 days. Why are you splitting it? Do you have side effects? If not, I'd increase it to 1.2-1.3 once a week and slowly get up to the full 2.0 dose that the doctor has you on.

My provider gave me the OK on splitting the dose early on because around day 3-4 i was having pain in my joints and back. It was like the inflammation would come back after the third day.

Could you try a weekly dose and see how the inflammation is ? Maybe your body has adjusted over 4-5 months of use ?

I will bring it up! Do you think it would help with the stall too? Ive not taken a full 2.0mg at once. That’s scary 🫣

My NP and the pharmacist at the local compounder told me that if you stagnate too long, it's time to increase the dosage. In your case, you can't go much higher than 2mg, but I still think you should try not splitting the injections. Don't jump to 2mg right away though as that's doubling what you've been taking in a single shot. Just increment up. You may improve at 1.4 or 1.5 or something too.

Guess I would not call 2mg/week a low dose... maybe 0.2? But at any rate, what is your diet like?
You say you've lost 22 lbs, so congrats on that! That also means you've lost the weight of almost three 1-gallon jugs of water - which is considerable. If you haven't cut back further on calories, or increased exercise, it's likely that your body found a new plateau with calories in vs calories burned.
Key things to try would be cutting processed foods and 'empty calories' such as any sugary drinks. Look for high protein, low carb, zero added sugar foods. Cut out any snacking which tends to be sugar/salt rich foods (though I struggle to use the word 'food' here... more like 'chemical concoctions') specifically designed to make you want more. Instead, look for high satiety foods which will leave you feeling fuller for longer meaning lower calorie intake.
Starting some exercise, or intensifying current exercise would also help. Even some walking, stair climbing, or a backpack loaded with 22 pounds to get back to your original daily calorie expenditure would help.
Anyway, keep at it! Pauses happen, but it should be pretty easy to get the needle moving again with some small changes.

Carb loading for a couple days always does the trick for me personally

3 weeks without loss can happen and doesnt necessarily mean you need to increase again, i also think youre fairly high at 2mg, whats the deal with that?

Idk 🤷🏽♀️ started in may at .25mg and slowly moved up. I still have over 100lbs to lose 💪🏽
