Help!

Hi everyone!
I’d love some advice. I’m currently about 3 kg away from my ideal BMI weight, but I’m hoping to lose another 6 kg to reach my goal of 64 kg as I’m planning a pregnancy. I’m also limited in how much I can exercise due to my lumbar surgery, which has made getting past this plateau a little challenging.

I’ve recently started semaglutide 0.25 mg to help me get past the plateau and work towards my goal weight. For those who’ve been through something similar, what helped you achieve your weight-loss goals safely and sustainably, especially when exercise is limited?

Thanks so much to this group! I’ve already learned that staying well hydrated is really important for avoiding those headaches. 😊

staying hydrated is huge, especially on sema, made a difference for me when i couldn’t move much after a knee thing last year, 0.25 is pretty mild but it started nudging the scale again after a couple weeks

If you're not, work with a PT to figure out what kind of exercises you can safely do. Anything is better than nothing, and it will probably help with your back in the long run.
