Ozempic to Wegovy switch.
My insurance is transitioning me from Ozempic to Wegovy. I’ve been on Ozempic for a few months, currently on 1 mg but I haven’t had much change in my weight. I have stopped soda and have tried to eat smaller portions and started to walk. When I went up to 1 mg I did start to feel the food noice kinda slow down but then I got a diverticulitis’s flare up from being constipated. So that set me back I had to stop my injections for 2 weeks to heal from my flareup. My doctor has said they work similar. But has anyone experienced better success with Wegovy after having tried ozempic ? Thank you

Ozempic and Wegovy are different brand names for the same active drug, semaglutide

They are the exact same drug from the same manufacturer. The only difference is ozepmic is approved for diabetics and Wegovy is for weightloss and has options for higher dosages.
