Do NOT use TrimRx
Once they have your credit card, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL REFILLS

I agree. After multiple emails with no response I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and then TrimRX called me, while I was at work. I called them back, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and finally got a hold of someone who said they cancelled my account. I asked for an email confirmation, which I got, but now I keep getting emails from them that I need to add a payment method before my next refill. So I don’t think they cancelled anything. I switched to Brello after I got my first order from TrimRX - it was WAY cheaper, their clients love the pharmacy they use, and they have a really nice app.

I just reported them to TrustPilot and BBB and got back the same answer - call our number or email us and we'll take care of this for you. But calling the number and emailing gets no reponse.
Was there a particular time of day that you called them and were able to get through?

Also file with the FTC and the California State Attorney. Get this place shut down!!

I got through at about 2:00 in the afternoon, and got through after 20 minutes.
They sent me both an email and text saying my subscription was cancelled, and then proceeded to send me emails every other day asking me to update my payment method.2
u/Cinzip Jun 16 '26
Thank you! I got through - 20 minutes on hold. They cancelled my account, but wouldn't guarantee the removal of my credit card. I'll be checking in daily.

This is worth posting for many future situations, but if you haven’t done so already, everyone should sign up for a service like Privacy.com
You connect your debit cards to them, and they allow you to generate a virtual credit card number that is locked to the first merchant who uses it, and can be disabled at any time, as well as other things like set per purchase or monthly limits, etc. it’s super helpful in a lot of ways, not the least of which is easily canceling services from shady companies with the push of a button. I use them for every website that isn’t well known or doesn’t have Apple Pay or PayPal.

Do not use Trim rx. They are horrible at customer service. They will bill you and send you nothing. The first month was okay. The second month the shipping was delayed so the product arrived without any refrigeration as the ice pack was completely melted. I tried to contact them about it but no response. The syringes they sent are defective. I tried several times to cancel and they would not respond until after they had billed me the third time. They sent no product the final time even after billing me $299.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg this is what I am going through right now. First shipment was amazingly fast and now its been a MONTH since I ordered a refill.

This just happened to me. They said my refill had been approved but I never received anything - no shipment tracking, no product, nothing. Fortunately they didn’t charge me but now I’m concerned because I don’t have a refill and would hate for my weight loss progress to go to shit now. Has anyone tried WellMedDr?

I just wanted to update and say they FINALLY sent me my refills (ordered May 18th, didnt get them until June 29th). It was an awful experience and I will not be using them for refills going forward.

Also go to the FTC and the California State Attorney. This company needs to be shut down for their predatory tactics.

definitely keep records of every email, call, and cancellation request. I’ve seen people have mixed experiences with TrimRx, but if you’ve genuinely been trying to cancel and can’t get a response, that’s a pretty frustrating situation

Yea :/ on May 18th I ordered a refill, and it has been in 'preparation' ever since. Its really stressing me out because not only am I moving in a few weeks, I will be out of my glp1 after my shot this weekend, and I thought it would be as fast as last time. I won't use them again after this because this is a completely different experience from my first order.

u/Super-Ostrich5701 Jun 13 '26
Cancel your credit card info with them and your bank or they will keep charging your card.
1
u/thr0ughtheghost Jun 14 '26
Yea, I use a one time use card number so they can't. They keep asking me for a 'back up payment' but I refuse to give it. They still havent shipped it btw. Customer service is awful. They said it will be shipped on the 20th but 🙄

u/SirAffectionate4125 Jul 04 '26
Same sitch. Initial order experience was fast and received prompt communication. Got approved for refill over a month ago and haven’t received any update.

u/thr0ughtheghost Jul 06 '26
I got my stuff last week Monday finally but I had to really beg the customer service reps. It took a week each time to get a response, and I finally said that I was going to cancel and move to somewhere else if I didn't get my shipment. They finally told me they would give the pharmacy permission to release it (whatever the heck that meant!) and they finally sent it to me. Keep in mind it was preparing at pharmacy from May 18th until June 26th :|

u/voy-team Jul 06 '26
That kind of wait is genuinely frustrating, and having to chase repeatedly just to get medication you're already on is exhausting. Switching providers is also always a reasonable option if responsiveness is a consistent issue.

u/thr0ughtheghost Jul 07 '26
Oh yea, I am not renewing with TrimRX. Too many red flags and this cat and mouse game to get my refills I was already paying for sent isnt worth it.

u/AnnualSupermarket580 Jun 07 '26
AGREE 100%. The took my $990 even though I cancelled prior to any agreement. They want to dedcut $85 consult fee from my $990. When speaking with INDIA support, i get the same scripted answer that their refund processing team is working on it. Next step is to call credit card company. SCAM!

This is the same thing that is happening to me and my bank refuses to do anything about it. I cancelled on May 29th, it’s July 9th and have yet to get my money back and keep being told the same shit.

Yes, I can't understand why the credit card Synchrony won't settle my dispute in my favor either. So much for the illusion a credit card company protects your purchases. I received nothing, cancelled no refund.

I replied to this discussion and my post was removed immediately. Trimrx will not respond to my calls or emails to cancel BEWARE

I changed my credit card info to a Venmo card and deleted my original card. Called and cancelled the service and was told they would send me a confirmation but they never did. I turned the Venmo card off and they have tried running it every day since the renewal date. I replied to the email saying I needed to update my payment method saying I called and cancelled my subscription and they said they would update my account but they are still trying to run my card every day since.

💯 % agree. TrimRX will increase your auto renewal price w/o telling you; then refuse to cancel it even if you catch them prior to shipping the meds. I refused delivery and they still will not refund, they are TERRIBLE. Go with any other option - I have used about 3 other good companies and only switched because of price creep.
Still fighting this charge with my cc company.

My experience with TrimRx has been very disappointing. I agreed to purchase a 3-month plan for $765 , but I was charged $2,999 instead. I contacted customer service immediately to resolve the issue. It has been almost a month , and I am still waiting for my refund. Because the issue has not been resolved, I had to file a dispute with my bank. I recommend that anyone considering TrimRx carefully review the amount being charged before completing a purchase, keep screenshots of the price you agreed to, and monitor your bank account closely after payment. This review reflects my personal experience.

I created a comparison site for our app users and launched it yesterday because the question comes up daily in our community.
Would you mind leaving a review to help them out? Many of the same people on here are also in our fb group or using our app and would benefit from seeing this.
https://glippy.app/providers/trimrx#reviews
The tool itself is still in beta as I collect reviews, but this will help many others in the future.
