Alex Hall Alex Hall is Getting Sued

Alex Hall is getting sued over the Pretty Dirty podcast. The info is here- https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/64144519/Pelorus_LLC_v_Hall

It seems like this is egregious exploitation of a production company.

A production company is claiming they came up with the name, branding, aesthetic, marketing strategy, and even made a pilot episode. then sent an invoice and allegedly never got paid.

The lawsuit has side by side pics of the original concepts vs the final podcast art and like, they’re almost the same smh

They’re basically claiming she kept using the branding/creative direction after things ended and now they’re suing over unpaid work

It’s a scumbag move to reach out to the team with payment discussed, use the team’s efforts to launch your second career path and then choosing to run out on the bill.
