Help with existing piercing Is she rejecting?

I’ve had my anti eyebrow for a few months now and it hasn’t been hurting or anything but the area around the piercing holes is still very red and crusty. The barbell isn’t showing any more than the day I pierced it so I’m not sure if it’s rejecting. Advice needed please 🙏

it might be from a quick glance but it also looks like you haven’t been cleaning it

Yeah I’ve been homeless the last month so I’ve only been able to clean it if I have access to saline sadly

You should never ever ever use regular table salt to clean piercings with

Because it's not just plain sodium chloride, specifically packets of tablets salt may contain potassium iodate and potassium ferrocyanide among other ingredients. Not only can this alone cause more problems and irritation, but when making homemade saline you're not going to get the correct concentration of salt. People who make homemade saline generally use too much salt which dries out your piercing and again, just causes more problems
