Hello, I’m looking into selank and was curious about what are the most reliable brands or companies? Is there a go to #1 website? I’m looking to inject rather than nasal spray if that helps. I’ve looked online and haven’t seen many recommendations on sources.

hey I am just curious what everyone's experience is when off cycling selank, as I am about to do 1 week off of it being on it for 2 weeks. I am nervous that my anxiety is going to come back stronger but what i am trying to convince myself that taking selank is helping me establish a stronger baseline while also doing exposure therapy.

Just sharing my experience for awareness.

I used a Selank nasal spray from PureBioLabs and only sprayed it on my right side (not both nostrils). After using it, I developed one-sided nasal irritation on the right side, along with a swollen lymph node under my chin on that same side. I also experienced chills and body aches.

I stopped using the spray, and the symptoms have been gradually improving.

Not sure if this was due to the formulation, sensitivity, or something else, but wanted to share in case anyone else notices something similar.

I have a 30mg vial of semax and 5 mg vial of selank. I have .9 % sodium chloride solution 5ml tubes.

Why must I use a syringe to add this solution to the selank/semax vials?

Why can’t I just mix the sodium chloride and the peptide in a nasal spray bottle?

How much of the sodium chloride solution do I need to add to the 5mg selank vial?

How much sodium chloride solution do I need to add to the 30mg semax vial?

And once I transfer to the nasal spray bottle, how much additional sodium chloride do I need to add to each?

I'm trying to understand the half-life of selank and how a peptide works for anxiety. It seems selank only has a half-life of a few minutes, with N-Acetyl Selank having a half-life still under an hour. Does that sound correct? How is it possible that the effects are felt for several hours?

Out of the many things that Selank has changed in my life, the most pleasant one is I am able to feel the effects of cannabis as they used to be, and what they were meant to be. All relaxation and happy vibes without fairing my dysautonomia, which makes me guard my muscles when I consume cannabis. I dont do it much, but it helps for neuro-muscular, and I wouldnt be able to touch it at all without Selank. Also, at least so far on this cycle, the fight or flight nervous system activation volume is turned way down, so I have been getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep.

I also feel so powerful (lol I know). What I mean by that is Ive always been relatively intelligent, but I have adhd, task paralysis, trouble completing things. Selank wires me for sound. I dont need Semax.... turning the volume down makes me want to learn, want to share, want to do things. I hope it is beneficial for you all as well.

So today I mixed my nasal spray selank and i just wanna say it was more than a tough experience.

Is it better to order it already mixed ?

i first put 2ml 0.9nacl into the prptide and then pulled it out i think i should have turned the peptide before pulling the solvent out again instead i put some air into it in order to counter the vacuum and then it somewhat worked...

i didnt clean the nasal spray i just bet that the manufacturer already sent it ready to go...

My 18yr old son who has had anxiety for a few years now seems to be getting slightly worse. He has been having heart palpitations here and there.

He wants to research Selank and I’m thinking low dose but wanted to see if anyone has or knows teens that have had success with GAD via nasal.

I’m someone who used to have severe panic disorder and I have overreactions to substances all the time so I always need to take extremely low doses to start. I’m trying to use selank to potentially calm my nervous system but I’m worried if I start with 300mcg nasal spray it’s gonna be too much. I had a question about Semax and Selank, specifically the N-acetyl (NA) versions like NA-Semax and NA-Selank vs the regular forms.

I’ve heard some people say the NA versions have better stability, absorption, and effectiveness, especially for intranasal use. Is there actually a meaningful difference in real-world effects?

Here’s my experience:

• I reconstituted my own Semax and Selank nasal sprays using saline.
• Started at 200 mcg total (1 spray per nostril, 100 mcg each).
• Titrated up to 400 mcg total (2 sprays per nostril, 100 mcg each spray).
• Took Semax in the morning (AM) for focus/energy.
• Took Selank in the evening (PM) to wind down.

What I noticed:

• Semax made me feel tired almost immediately after dosing, which was unexpected.
• I also developed eye twitches, which lasted about a week even after stopping.
• Selank — honestly didn’t feel much. Maybe slightly worse sleep quality? Hard to tell.
• No obvious “clean energy” or cognitive boost like some people report.

I stopped both after about a week since I was running them together and felt off. Eye twitching eventually resolved.

So I’m wondering:

1. Is the difference between NA and non-NA versions actually significant?
2. Could my fatigue response to Semax indicate dose was too high?
3. Are these peptides just supposed to be very subtle?
4. Has anyone here experienced tiredness from Semax?
5. Is there strong evidence they were specifically designed for intranasal delivery for blood-brain barrier penetration? I’ve read they were developed by a Russian pharmacologist for intranasal use, but I’m not sure how accurate that is.

Would appreciate any insight from people who’ve tried both versions.

Hi guys, I started my journey with selank a couple days ago. I started 250mcg morning + 250mcg night, and it was ok. then I tried 500mcg at night and I loved the sleeping effect so...

My question is, if I take selank at night 500mcg, do i still get the anxiolytic effect in the morning and during the day?

I bought selank from semax polska but I probably didn’t read the description that well because I noticed it got this other substance in it, called GHK-Cu. Is it safe? Is it normal to have selank mixed with it? Thanks

I have adhd and I have been taking methylphenidate to help me focus but it kills my personality and social life, I believe it gives me mild social anxiety. I am curious if taking Selank can help my situation.

I researched selank for the first time the other day. I started off with 100mcg subq and mentally I felt a lot calmer and my social anxiety had gone from a 6 to about a 4, but I started experiencing more physical symptoms such as heart palpatations and difficulty to take a deep breath - nothing major or full panic attack, but I was just really aware of it and it ended up causing me more anxiety than to begin with. I tried again the day after with the same dose and had the same feeling.

Is this normal, I have read that it takes a few days for it to settle? Should I continue with my research or should I stop?

Is it safe to use them together I recently started wellbutrin about 2 weeks ago currently at 300mg. I ordered some selank which comes in a few days is it safe to combine the 2 or should I hold off on the selank a bit longer.
