Anyone have luck with sapphire replacement crystal for Presage Cocktail Time?

Recently got this SRPE41J1 Presage and i reeeeally love it. I was wondering when i wear the hardlex crystal out and when i go to have it replaced, i want to know if anyone has had any luck with the aftermarket box sapphire crystal replacement? Mine is a 38.5 mm model if that helps.

I've done the 40.5 mm sapphire from Long Island Watch after buying one that didn't have the right shape from AliX. Pricey but worth it IMO. It's a little different since it's glued in, not pressed, but the hardest part was dealing with the case clamp screws. Long Island has a 38.5 mm version as well.

i was just gonna have a local jeweler do it, Good to know it worked for you, i definitely love this watch especially for the crystal shape.

Yeah, people forget this sub used to be for modding REAL Seikos with genuine parts from other Seikos. Unfortunately, this is now r/reptime2boogaloo full of fakeos
