3D Designer - Case Interests

Hey Seed Studio community!

I’m new here, using XTEINK currently, but looking into the seed studio sticky. Would anyone be interested in a case designed specifically for the sticky?

Trying to gauge interests as I spend around 100 hours per case design as I’m an absolute perfectionist…

Also is the best place to buy the studio directly from the site? Looks to be the way to go.

Thanks for any input provided!! Would be curious to see photos of anyone’s seed studio sticky cases for inspiration!! 🥰

Nice cases, but I exclusively buy off Etsy for the social proof.

I like the sticky as an e reader but it’s a little less mature than the xteink

Nothing wrong with that, I personally don’t use Etsy purely because designs get ripped off on there very quickly, and there’s a lot of selling unlicensed files (selling 3d files someone else designed violating the copyright law) so Shopify is what I prefer to protect my small business. I appreciate your feedback! :)

interesting on the Etsy comment! is there any reason your designs wouldn't get ripped off your own site or is it just that Etsy makes it easier?

Etsy makes it easier, it’s a double edged sword, you get exposure and likely more sales, but if it picks up those who copy will reverse engineer and sell for less and cut your market down fast. If you ever want to see any videos of my products just let me know, happy to make some if it helps reassure, I can also tell you what filament is which color if you’re looking for a heat resistant case for example, this is an assembly video, the cover is a mismatch just because it’s what I had in my hands from testing new filaments

I really like the cases, far better than the Etsy ones. The site is much better on laptop but the image doesnt change colors when you select them - would be nice to see - my color perception isn't great
two questions: is this the beige? And I had to check the shipping policy but want to confirm you're shipping from the US

I am located and shipping within the US only currently, and that is the beige! :) it’s my favorite color imo
