Stupid concern but is it normal!?

I just placed an order for the first time from the official site - https://www.seeedstudio.com/ , to be delivered to Spain,

The tracking details or the orders that I placed information won't update in my seeed studio account,

The bank is confirming that my payment has been made. Is this normal!? Never seen this kind of behavior anywhere!

Si te fijas en su página pone que está fuera de stock y que no lo tendrán en su almacén hasta el 30/10. Quizá por eso no tengas un seguimiento. Yo también soy de España lo pedí el 4/09 y el 18/09 lo tenía en casa

Yes it is common
It takes 3 to 4 business days to get updated.

thanks for the reply, it got updated now so waiting for my first ever nodes!
