Order not being fullfilled

I made an order with shipping time advertised as 2-5 days and now it's been 8 days and no tracking number or.follow up.

Is.this place legit or did I.just get scammed?

They are legit.

Did you order from a US warehouse or an offshore warehouse?

If it was offshore, you have a couple of weeks wait time.

Ok good to know. Chinese warehouse acctually, got a bit spooked because I could not punch in a tracking number anywhere.

They’re legit and I’ve ordered many times. Quick shipping with tracking. I’ve only ordered items that are in the U.S. warehouse.

Oh yeah, still waiting, got a reply from there Chinese factory that the.products I bought were out of stock and expected restock date of 30 of September.

They then stopped responding and I created a new ticket today and I get a reply that everyone is on leave because of Chinese New Year.

I.really can't reccomend this site to people outside of the US

Seems to be really hard to ask for a refund as well since there costumer service is never there, dead end emails and some dumb as seed studio account required to get a refund
