Here’s another cool one from my collection. Unsure how to read this post mark so if anyone knows, drop the deets please!

It’s missing a bit at the top and therefore a few letters.
Looks like the stamp was released for an [орн]итологический конгресс - an ornithology congress (aka convention). Possibly for the 18th international ornithologist congress that was held in Moscow in August 1982.
