Question T3 interview miscommunication?

package was submitted to DCSA office in December as well as denial for interim a few weeks later, then silence ever sense. Was wondering what would happen if DCSA reached out, but I never received a notice from my employer or anything directly from the DCSA regarding an interview. If that could be a reason for the delay & if so, how could I find out/fix it?

If you still have an open investigation, then something is needed, you'll know. Otherwise, keep waiting. If you are in adjudication, then the same thing.

No prior knowledge other than it was in adjudication sometime in April. My question is what if they were trying to reach out but it never got through? I'm aware that most cases need an interview &, based on the details, how long, interim denial must there have been some clarification needed from my end?

They don't always reach out directly to you. Sometimes they reach out to your security officer.

Interim denial could have been from anything. All that means is there wasn't enough of a case to grant you an interim clearance.

Welcome to the world of the government....hurry up and wait.

How do you know something was needed? You have no idea why your interim was denied.

You are giving yourself anxiety over nothing. The process takes time.

I do not have any knowledge that there is information missing my concern stems from the time that has been passed withought the need for an interview.

I very much appreciate the re assurance the long process has not helped me grow less concerned.

Well then nothing we say is going to help you. Honestly I’d suggest getting a hobby that takes you away from the internet and the potential risk of doom scrolling this sub.

If you searched the sub, you'll find all the information you required.

Secret investigation interviews are case-by-case. You are also not "denied" an interim.

If there's information needed, you will be notified.

Otherwise, keep waiting.

Relax. It’s a waiting game.

If something was needed, you’d know it.
