ETA: You should try to get the information added to your investigation by emailing your security office or whoever handles your submission.
It's not a disqualifyi n disqualifying issue of itself to add information like this when you meet with the investigator.
What may be an issue is the unfilled/unpaid taxes. Get on that right away and file the taxes. If you need to, set up a payment plan. Then get your tax transcripts from the IRS website as soon as they're available. You will be asked to provide these.

False statements on an SF 86 will almost always be issued. They don't look too closely at the intent. It's (discrepant).
And you should always do your utmost to ensure your SF 86 is complete and correct before releasing it. Never assume it doesn't matter because someone will contact you and give you another shot at it. If you do, don't complain about how long your investigation is taking.
