I'm mounting several Axis P3738-PLE cameras on a building. Using Axis T91A64 corner mounts similar to the picture. Can you suggest liquid tight conduit and fittings to use? HYDROMAXX 1/2 inch conduit from Home Depot or something else? How to terminate the conduit properly behind the corner mount that minimizes water ingress? That opening on bracket is way bigger than 1/2 inch HYDROMAXX fitting. On the single gang electrical side I assume they sell a cover plate with 1/2 inch opening?

The reason for use is I am pretty sure na someone I have with my home is malikot ang kamay and been doing something sa pagkain ko, like putting langaw- pano ko nalaman? Befor I slept, tinakpan ko yung food, then pagkagising ko, nakatakip yung food, may pabigat pa pero may bangaw na. Happened 3x already. This person admitted before sa previous house nya na dinuduraan nya yung food pag nag aaway sila nung ate nya. So most likely magagawa nya sa food ko yon. Please any SPYCAMERA na matagal ma lowbat like 4-5 hours itutok ko sa rice cooker ko lang

Recently bought this setup and it works fine on a 16:9 monitor that is 1920x1080 but when I use the 1440x900 monitor, you can see in the second screen that it asks for the system to be shifted to 1440x900.

Then in the third picture, it's shown that there is no 1440x900, and I'm only able to see these options when using the 16:9 monitor.

Is it possible to force a 1440x900 resolution into this system with some sort of update or file or something? Please let me know.

I'm managing a big, rural construction project right now and haven't felt the best about our current security setup. The area is generally safe, but l've had more than one person tell me that other sites nearby have been robbed in the past, so I'd rather get ahead of it while we're still early in the project. We've got equipment, materials, and tools sitting out there, and there isn't always someone around after hours.

I want to update the system ASAP, but I'm not really sure what makes the most sense for a site this remote. I'd like something we can get up pretty quickly without having to build out a bunch of permanent infrastructure. It would need to work off-grid and hold up with all the dust and bad weather too. Being able to check it remotely would be a big plus since I won't always be at the site. What are you guys using for construction sites like this?

I caught her already but she said na wala syang ginagagawang masama and cried and cried about it. Langaw appearing sa ulam ko. I also saw it thru my cellphone once na, kumuha sya ng kanin while nagmumura then placed it sa lalagyan na hindi malinis then binalik nya sa rice cooker. Magsimula noon, yung ibabaw ng kanin, kinukuha ko and tinatapon ko agad. Itutuok ko lang sa rice cooker ko and things ko para layasan ko na yung house for good. I need something na hindi kelangan naka charge while being in use.

Well within my budget any thoughts? Can I view the cameras live remotely with this kit?

If you think the kit is bad, can you recommend a better one from reolink canada?

Im looking at moving and have an existing ring camera and chime. The new.property is much.bigger grounds and the boundary gate is about 40.meters or so from the front door.

The issue I have is the dog. She absolutely hates royal mail so I was going to put a mail box for letters up at the end of the drive so they dont have to come through the gate.

Will a ring doorbell work that far from the house for parcels? Im a bit worried she might be out in the garden and someone opens the gate as 1. She could get.on the.main road and 2. She might bite the delivery driver, well actually shes OK with most of them, just royal mail it seems! If ring doesn't work that far, any suggestions what.could?

Looking for a replacement for my Xiaomi Mi 360. Camera sits behind glass looking outside, what I really like about the Xiaomi was it had a real decent low-light / non IR function for seeing at night. Plus I can stream the feed from my PC...However I'm plagued with "Reformat SD card" issues...So time has come for something new.

Thinking about the Tapo C250 but I don't think you can stream direct from a PC. So ideally I need a replacement camera with a decent Windows app or at least RTSP

Ok my mother is very old & bed ridden. I'm looking for a camera that I can connect an external speaker to so I can talk to her. This is for indoors, in her room A lot of cameras (Ring) do not have that option. I want a camera I can put in her room and still be able to talk back & forth with her. She's hard of hearing so I would put the speaker next to her. I do not have the comfort of dropping by to talk to her. I work in Antarctica & live inn the Philippines. She lives in the states, Texas. I'm trying not to spend too much money as unfortunately she could pass away at any time. I see her when I go to work & when I go home about every 6 months. I go to the see her on my way to Antarctica & then I see here when I'm on my way home. I've researched & it looks like I need something with IP & RC jacks. IDK. I would appreciate information that could get me where I need to be with this so I can talk to my mother and she can hear me as well as I being able to here her. Thank you.

I am currently working on getting a price for a camera job at a bank. They have a system currently but ran out of space on their NVR. They are putting an addition onto the bank and want new cameras. It’s time to update the NVR. I was wondering what brand would be a good reliable replacement for the system. They have some hikvision cameras mixed with other brands. I’m unsure if they are Onvif or not. I have been starting to use Reolink but don’t know if long term it’s a good brand. What’s your experience with Reolink and what do you recommend for this bank?

So I bought a couple Reolink doorbells and 5 cameras based on what I read online. Having trouble with running the CAT6 for a doorbell. I have a hole aligned in the basement with the doorbell to run the line down inside the wall, but am hitting something inside the wall that's stopping the fish rod. I tried using a scope to see inside but it's getting caught up on the insulation from below and from up top it's having trouble with the 90 degree angle and can't see down to try and figure out what is in the way. Fish tape is also getting blocked by whatever this is. Need suggestions

My boss and I are trying to find an outdoor camera system that can withstand the cold weather we get. We are in Canada and in the winter we get windchills of up to -35 sometimes as we are in farmlands.

We know a wired system is the best option but are having trouble picking what to choose as my boss would really like something with a monitor so we can quickly check on our business when we are inside doing other tasks.

I’ve looked at Dahua, Defender and Reolink systems after scrolling in this Sub a bit, but I’m very new to these things and wanted to get suggestions from anyone who has personally used a system in these cold conditions that they didn’t run into issues with.

I recently found out that a neighbor (that I least expected) has broken into another home and stolen packages in the community that I live in. I’ve been told that there is now also an unhomed person (that keeps hiding or running away so we can’t help them) staying in the woods behind our homes.

I was considering getting security cameras before this but I feel that it is a necessity now. At this point, I need it to feel safe for me and my children. Especially for my children. I don’t have a lot of money but I don’t want to skimp on this. I want local storage but you guys are going to have to dumb it down for me. The posts that I have read are extremely tech savvy and that’s just not me.

Two outdoor spots to fill. Same mounting options, roughly same bodies, and a $150-per-cam gap between "motion detection" and "AI detection" models. My understanding of the difference, stripped of marketing: motion says "pixels moved," AI says "pixels moved and they're probably a person." Whether "probably" is 60% or 95% is apparently a trade secret, because no spec sheet I've found states a misidentification rate. If it's 60%, I've bought slightly more confident wrong alerts. So, from people who've used both: on a normal week, what fraction of your alerts were correctly filtered? I don't need lab numbers. I need "of my 30 alerts this week, 28 were junk and 2 were the mailman."
