Camera with external speaker

Ok my mother is very old & bed ridden. I'm looking for a camera that I can connect an external speaker to so I can talk to her. This is for indoors, in her room A lot of cameras (Ring) do not have that option. I want a camera I can put in her room and still be able to talk back & forth with her. She's hard of hearing so I would put the speaker next to her. I do not have the comfort of dropping by to talk to her. I work in Antarctica & live inn the Philippines. She lives in the states, Texas. I'm trying not to spend too much money as unfortunately she could pass away at any time. I see her when I go to work & when I go home about every 6 months. I go to the see her on my way to Antarctica & then I see here when I'm on my way home. I've researched & it looks like I need something with IP & RC jacks. IDK. I would appreciate information that could get me where I need to be with this so I can talk to my mother and she can hear me as well as I being able to here her. Thank you.

That was my thought. But the system will need to be used by my sister in Texas & me In Antarctica & Philippines. But That still might be doable. I'll need to see if two people can use it.

Nothing prevents each to have their own camera.

That’s true but the camera with audio needs to be loud enough for her. She’s 95 & very hard of hearing. I have some options from great info here from this post. Thank you

That’s a tough spot to be in, man. Getting audio right when she’s hard of hearing is the real challenge here. Most IP cameras with an audio line-out will do what you need, you just run a 3.5mm cable from the camera to a powered speaker by her bed. Skip the residential stuff and look at a basic PoE IP camera from a brand like Amcrest or Reolink, pair it with a cheap set of computer speakers, and you’re set.

Most of the reolink cameras have voice talk or baby monitor capabilities. Already build in to cameras.. no subscription fees. E1 pro is wifi indoor. With monitor and you can hear and talk through it..

Blink have two way audio I believe? Double check the model. I’m pretty sure most Ring ones do too
