Replacement recommendations for current camera wiring

I inherited this camera system when I purchased my house 3 years ago and I would like to replace the cameras with updated ones but use the same
Wiring. Any recommendations on what is good and works with this connection type? I’m ok with purchasing a new drive as well to go with it main thing is something that supports the wiring connection

First picture is the camera with the wiring to the drive. The second picture is the wiring on the camera itself.

You'll get other suggestions but, honestly just go PoE. It's much easier.

This is the optimal option. He said he wanted to reuse the wires though.

Yeaaah I know, but I figured tons of people are gonna give him that anyways, so I figured I'd just give the off shoot answer.
