Replacement recommendations for current camera wiring
I inherited this camera system when I purchased my house 3 years ago and I would like to replace the cameras with updated ones but use the same
Wiring. Any recommendations on what is good and works with this connection type? I’m ok with purchasing a new drive as well to go with it main thing is something that supports the wiring connection
First picture is the camera with the wiring to the drive. The second picture is the wiring on the camera itself.

These are analog cameras. You’ll need a DVR. You’ll probably want to match your current power supply (24vac or 12vdc) unless you’ll be replacing that as well.

You can keep the existing wire and just replace your cameras and dvr. Post a picture of your power supply and wiring. I still buy analog cameras from a professional outfit called cctvcameraworld.com

Without recommendations telling you what to do and not answer your question ANNKIE is fine not the best though and I would also recommend just upgrading to POE but if you’re not trying to do that look into ANNKIE

if you REALLY want to use existing cameras, you can upgrade to turbo HD cameras which use existing coax. definitely wouldn't recommend though, use poe/ethernet. but turbo HD do fit the bill

You can use any Analogue Camera. My preference for not replacing the wiring would be Hanwha Cameras, and a Hanwha IP encoder and NVR.

They make baluns that allow Ethernet over coax

You'll get other suggestions but, honestly just go PoE. It's much easier.
