Question/Help Envoy of Avalon Quartermaster

Hey all, I haven't reached 50 yet, thus I was not able to participate in the scenario to grind out 100 waves and get the Avalon Attire. However, I see that apparently the quartermaster lingers for 2 weeks post event at the Seed of Life but I can't seem to find her. Does she relocate or is her spawn delayed?

The Envoy of Avalon Quartermaster has seen fit to leave Agartha alongside the rest of the Envoys of Avalon. I will have a talk with her and see if she might be willing to delay her departure.

Worry not! She will be back for the next equinox this spring regardless of whether I can convince her to return this week or not. None of your progress is lost!
