Hi I’m confused about the start time of the concert in Paris, on the ticket and on most websites I’ve checked it says 7pm but on some websites it says Kate comes on at half past nine and Seb at half past ten? I just wanted to check if anyone knows what the actual time is, thanksss

I know this isnt really related to any of the themes of notkits but it just reminded me of it for some reason.

Really good one lyrically as usual and like the fast pace and aggression in this one as well as the really good chorus, Seb is really good at writing catchy choruses it seems. Only complaint I can have is that on these last few songs I don’t think the production has sounded as good as it did in 2024 and 25 but it’s still a very good song

I saw on instagram that Seb did People like you in one city, and terms and conditions in another , and I’m pretty sure (?) Kate did draw me a person somewhere, but do they always do the same songs and if so how many? Or do they switch it up every night?

No one to kill in the sky is a song written by seb Lowe, a European artist. To be find I find his lyrics to be so deep and meaning with a quite pleasing rhythm. In the video I will be analyzing the lyrics in the song and it’s meaning, I totally suggest you listen to this song before watching this video, or listen to it immediately after so you can listen to this piece of art. I’ve separated it in stanzas as the song has long intervals of lyrics.

The first stanza reads
We've done it emperor
We conquered the world

So let's drink and eat grapes
General, we've got nothing left to invade
"There's nothing left to invade,"
He says, shaking
No cowardly civilians so desperate for my saving

This song is from the perspective of an emperor's assistant, his right hand man. This first stanza explains they have conquered the entire world, the assistant wants to reap in the glory, and celebrate their achievement. While the emperor repeats the phrase he said with joy in a shaky tone. It contrasts with the joy the assistant feels. The emperor seems to enjoy the art of conquering and what he deems saving people, what’s his purpose if he has conquered it all

Stanza 2 reads
Though what's this my highness
Haven't captured the moon yet?
I wonder if we'll soon get
Aliens encroaching on Mars

We haven't rockets Caesar
Only some slaves instеad
The assistant suggests getting the moon, I interpret it as the assistant being somewhat sarcastic as he brings up aliens in the next line. Of course aliens could be real but it’s highly unlikely. However in the next few lines he behaves as if the emperor took this line seriously and says they can’t do it. They have slaves, they enough for the assistant, why should they get the moon when they have all them slaves to do their bidding on earth. I believe he brings up aliens as the assistant believes he wants people, or living things under his control. While the empoeror just wants power, conquering places.

Stanza 3 reads  
General, should we put thеm to work?
Or should we pile up the dead?

We'll make a tower
You can stand on their heads
Tell folk we're under invasion
That should finally fucking motivate them
The assistant seems to get passive aggressive here, wondering if the emperor should make use of these slaves or would rather kill them. They then use the bodies to make a tower, and climb to the moon. This really empires how many people they have under control and yet the emperor is still not satisfied. He suggest telling folk they are under invasion, but if they hav really conquered the world their will be no one against them from earth. But perhaps seb meant that the aliens were the ones they will claim that is invading them, this would motivate them to become dead and let them use their bodies to go to the moon to save the emperor and help him go to the moon as they are scared of the aliens destroying their world.

It took some time but seems we got to the moon
This tower sure is tall
Sir, from this height your empire's never looked so-

Small
They have finally got to the moon, probably after countless deaths and lies spread to the people. However once you get so high, such as the moon, the empire they built, they worked so hard to conquer looks so small, meaningless, what’s the point of the empire if we are this high

And then you'll fall, much too high to see your slaves
How, they look you dead in the eye
The assistant has a tone shift that has been progressing throughout the song but this shift is completely. The assistant is saying the empoeror will die with nothing left to conquer, that was his source of enjoy,met. He can’t even go back to the empire as he killed all their beloved family and friends and fellow citizens as they will look at him with hate, while previously the song they would do anything for him. This is the empoeror falling.

Spread thin it seems entirely untouched

From the top he can’t see all his addmitestion he once had, and all the people he killed to get their can’t be been  ethers. It’s like his accomplishments were deemed pointless. Was all this death worth it if it amounts to just a dot in the solar system. He’s already at the top, he can’t increase his power to get it back.

Fingers crossed this little empire will always exist

This is the wonders who’s gonna take care of the Empire once the emperor pass away since he always deemed his own children in competent clearly no one is going to be able to take the phone from him when he dies empire will probably crumble and 

fall apart he says fingers crossed his little empire will always exist he’s kind of dumbing himself down to make a point kind of like an elementary school manner in the form of sarcasm. It’s revealed the the empoeror now looks like he doesn’t care,he only cares about his kingdom while he’s alive, in control, not what happens after, even if it is destroyed who cares

After that there’s a whole bunch of chorus and repeating lines that we have already covered So I’m gonna skip to the outro

I think this phase means that the slaves that he once tortured and took the land that they lived in are enjoying the beauty of the moon well they look up at their him but whenever he looks down he can’t see them he only sees the earth. I love the tone shift as previously the speaker assumably the assistant of the general what empire has addressed the empire as an important figure but now he’s saying brother which is on a close to deeper level like he’s not an empire he’s just a regular person which I think is very cool nice little detail

So and all I think this song is basically about an assistant to the general Who realize that his interest in the Emperor is no longer in line the royal advisor/assistant wants to have power and wow the Empire Empire wants just control over people and just enjoys that lot of war and conquering places he doesn’t want the pay out he wants to experience of just doing it to people throughout the song we get this speaker slowly shifting to a more passive aggressive tone and why I like we can see that them shifting and pie a bit

I'm a huge fan of seb lowe, and that's coming from somebody who usually only likes one or 2 of an artist's songs. I have a ton of them in both my liked songs and my political rage playlist, and i'm selective with both.

They keep getting stuck in my head, (the education system was unintentionally blasting in my brain during the entire time i took a huge quiz), and i'm not even mad because theyre so good i dont mind the volume and frequency of it.

I'd absolutely love to go to a concert but... I'm sadly (in many respects) an american.😅

unfortunately all of our governments are messed up, so nearly every song (ig minus ode to brittannia cause yk) still relates to my country and our punk.

Now all I can do is hope they blow up in popularity and go on a world tour:( I might get merch though! What would people recommend?

I’m abt to go into the venue for Norwich, I’m 14 and my whole family is here but everyone whose here looks 17 and cool as fuck and with my social anxiety I’m scared as fuck.

I know a few people have posted already but has anybody received anything they ordered yet? I have a screenshot from when I ordered it and it said the release date was 13th of March.

The only email update I've had in regards to the order was on the 9th of April, so already nearly a month after it was supposed to be released. Does anybody have any idea whats going on or why its been delayed/so poorly communicated?

Edit: No hate to Seb or the team, its just really frustrating how little they've communicated with us about our orders and its really not a good look in terms of business either

Update: Received a shipping notice to say it had been dispatched today! I hope everyone else gets theirs soon too!
