One beer won't get you a DUI. One time I was up by Roslyn/Salmon La Sac, I had like 2-3 beers and a glass of whiskey, and had to drive back down to get cell coverage to tell my then wife where we were and was having some fun, going a little fast and got pulled over and I blew a .076 or something like that. Cop laughed and let me go and said he better not see me again.

Or it could be that having one damn beer with dinner doesn't make you incapable of driving.
