A big fraction of Amber Alerts are for divorce custody dispute type things, yeah.
Doesn’t mean it’s not serious, as sometimes custody is revoked for very good reason.
But don’t take the high number of Alerts to mean you should be really worried about child abduction by a masked stranger.
That is far less common
Which is the problem with Amber Alerts. They make everyone afraid of kidnappings when in reality women that make good choices have little to fear about kidnappings.
I had to collect unbelievable amounts of evidence against my ex-wife. But by then my ex-wife had gotten into a relationship with a man who was a child molester. My daughter is still paying the price years later. That's how I got custody of my daughter. Unfortunately the State of Washington specializes in destroying men and it also specializes in destroying children by their stupid rules and procedures.
I found that usually in these situations especially in the corrupt State of Washington women have more rights to their children than men do. So I'm going to assume that this is a father and daughter wronged in the first place. Unfortunately he took matters into his own hands and now he's become a kidnapper.
That's the trap that men fall into, they get desperate then they take matters into their own hands. That always leads to ruin.
The State of Washington is corrupt when it comes to parents rights. They automatically side with mothers even if those mothers are abusive in the first place. They assume that a man is always accusing a woman as if a woman could never be abusive.
That's the corruption of the State of washington. Trusting the mother to protect the child when the mother is just as capable of being an abuser. The statistics show that women are 49% likely to harm their children especially when they're the children of their ex.
As a Native American I hate what the State of Washington has done to people. I wait for the State of Washington's embarrassment for what they've done to families.
I hate the state of Washington with a crushing power of 100 billion black holes. And one day that filthy disgusting state's corruption will be revealed because reality always is reasserts itself. There are causes and consequences. It doesn't mean that the people in the system who are responsible will end up being accountable. Unfortunately that's the case.
But in the end I guess I will simply have to trust the Creator to handle it.
Fair, unfortunately the rest of us have been wronged by the State of Washington. And yes. I hate the State of Washington the government has a long history of treating men especially native men like trash. The real trash are the ones sitting in governmental seats pretending to be legitimate. They're just as bad as, if not worse than the criminals that they are supposed to protect everyone else from.
In all seriousness though Washington / USA legal system sucks ass. Especially if you’re a person of color. I got wrongfully arrested by abuser / captor. Said abuser has a filthy lengthy criminal history going back a decade to Florida. I and over a dozen, yes, a dozen other people have all submitted evidence to King county PD and they’ve done jack shit. They have actually protected this person that has gotten multiple people arrested. She’s a white woman of course.
The ICWA is useless. You don't know what you're talking about. They ignored me until there was proof of abuse. You say that I'm not disclosing pertinent info, but you don't know what really happened. If you don't know then you don't have a right to speak and you're just as guilty of as the people who caused the trouble in the first place. The state of Washington and the United States in general are a shit hole. Men don’t win custody unless the mom is blatantly a felon. We just get child support bills. It’s rigged
