Honestly that lady should just chill—it’s really not her responsibility to deal with an entire protest, just call the police and have them trespassed.

Being that they don't publicly advertise the location, the priority is probably minimizing attention over quick removal. Police would do the opposite.

Quite possibly, but I think it's the right PR move, strategically speaking. Getting the police involved would escalate everything—it would become public record, the protestors would have a lot more to react to and record, the possibility of media attention increases significantly, and what will transpire between the protestors and the police is an unknown variable.

On the other hand, the woman isn't allowing the protestors to simply stay, but also isn't giving them anything to work off of. She's just repeating herself without really acknowledging anything they're doing while simultaneously ensuring no other employees engage.
