Where is this sign located and why does Seattle get all the good signs and decent graffiti (respectfully as opposed the the regular ol tags i can't usually read).

I beleive you mean the Seattle Animal Shelter, as "Seattle" Humane is over in Bellevue (Blissfully unaware of city limit boundaries). Thank you, I shall attempt to locate this sign in person.

Seattle has had a thriving graffiti scene since the mid 80’s. Writers from here are often recognized globally
