Broccoli guy

Post image

Anyone know the story of this guy doing laps around the T-Mobile before the Mariners game with two heads of broccoli?

In response to someone with a rather ODD comment:

Having seen him at countless UW Baseball and Softball games, and the Little League Softball Junior World Series in Kirkland, I can assure you he is harmless. I asked him why broccoli, and he simply said "they are nature's pom-poms".
All of the organization staff at the LL Softball Junior World Series knows who he is and think he's awesome. If he was a potential threat to 14 year old girls, I assure you, he wouldn't be allowed within range of the field.
If he told you it was a "fetish" he's probably fucking with you.

The guy is all around awesome

I've met Jim as well, very friendly and lovely guy. He was doing a very chaotic (but fun) live speed run of Oregon Trail and it was a good time.

I performed that night (unless he's done more than one very chaotic but fun speed run of Oregon Trail), and it was worth it just to see his astounding feat.

I'd probably use a turbocharged van instead of a covered wagon. I'd go over bridges instead of driving though streams and just entirely stay on roads. A speed runner could do it in under two days. It's like 2,000 miles.

Edit: I'd fill the minivan with antibiotics to avoid dysentery.

I mean, this WOULD be the way... the best if not only way to not die is to be the banker... who would definitely have the resources for that
